Every step of the manufacturing process, from outsourcing inspection and engine machining to electrical assembly and spray-painting, undergoes rigorous quality control procedures.

From unit dimensions and installations to welding, paint coating, and final finishing, our comprehensive testing system guarantees the quality, efficiency, and durability of each genset. Every genset undergoes stability and instantaneous tests, as well as power rating current checks, insulation assessments, sudden load and unload trials, and validation of various control functions. We are committed to ensuring that every unit delivered to our clients meets the highest standards of quality.

SHEET-METAL WORKING

Our sheet metal workshop features an advanced processing line for mast, chassis, and canopy fabrication. Equipped with heavy-duty machinery like hydraulic shearing machines, laser cutting machines, and CNC bending machines, we ensure precise sheet metal processing.

Our facilities include CNC hydraulic bending machines, CNC punch presses, and standard plate shears. For top-quality finishes, we have dedicated spaces for surface treatments, like a sandblasting room and a spray painting room.

Penlucky’s well-equipped sheet metal workshop delivers superior products with meticulous craftsmanship.

ASSEMBLE

The assembly workshop comprises two standard generator set assembly lines, one assembly line dedicated to customized and large-scale generator sets, and an assembly line for diesel water pump towers.

QUALITY INSPECTING

Our company conducts inspections on every incoming material and performs base frame and fuel tank pressure tests during the production process. We also conduct salt mist tests after the painting process. We have six specialized testing rooms capable of accommodating generators of various power sizes.
